Our story
Passion and determination are time-tested ingredients for success–or, at the very least, for turning a vision into something tangible.
The dream behind Nuvel Premium Tissues began with a simple belief: quality should be accessible within our own borders.
We envisioned a tissue that was soft, hygienic, septic-safe and clog-free–a product that could stand confidently alongside the finest imported brands while being proudly made in Ghana.
We wanted to create a locally produced tissue that would meet the expectations of discerning consumers and give homes, businesses and institutions a quality choice they could trust.
That vision became Nuvel Premium Tissues.

How we do it
Our purpose comes to life through three principles that guide how we work.
We believe customers deserve products they can trust. From the sourcing of raw materials through production, handling, inspection and final delivery, we pay close attention to quality at every stage. Every product must meet our standards before it reaches our customers. Quality is not an option. It is our responsibility.
Our journey has not been without challenges. In 2015, our first container of raw materials arrived, marking an important milestone in our production journey. But it took another two years of learning, refining our processes and overcoming challenges before we were ready to enter the market. We kept going. That spirit of determination continues to define Panels Ltd today.
Our people are central to our success. With women consistently representing approximately 70% of our workforce, we strive to create an environment where people can contribute, develop their capabilities and take pride in what they do. We listen. We learn. We improve.

2017
Our first major order: 20 bags of toilet rolls.
Growing with our customers
It may sound small today, but to us, that first order was a monumental achievement. And we celebrated the Ghanaian way–with a good old kenkey party!
In 2022, we expanded our product range to include Nuvel Multipurpose Paper Towels, giving our customers even more options for their everyday hygiene needs.
Today, Nuvel products are available through selected major retail outlets across Accra, while we also supply directly to major institutions.
What started as a vision has grown into a business with a clear purpose: to make quality hygiene products locally, create opportunities for people, empower women and build a brand that Ghanaians can be proud of.
